Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
